John it seems that we think alike - I just posted almost the same response. Just an uneducated guess but would not std be proportional to the size that is square root of a number of transistors. (I used the number of transistors as a measure of exposure) If the statement is true then the large size of the p4 would widen the distribution. Regards -Albert
