Tarek, couldn't miss a chance to badmouth etrade: sure buy and hold, and live long and prosper; but there may come a day when you need to quick-sell what you've been holding for, say, three years, and then it may be as if you're day trading ... like a twenty year marriage that ends with one one minute argument ... cause maybe the price you waited so patiently to "build" up is, for some horrible reason, plunging--you'll put your sell order in, and want to get feedback fast, FAST!!!, hauling in those 20 minute delayed quotes they're so generous with ... but you'll wait 30 minutes for the confirm, until finally you hear the news, what they got you out at ... hey! congratulations, Tarek! you made small profit--not counting Time ... |
