You can't just add Arris revenues to Antec. You need to eliminate the intercompany sales. (Arris to Antec) After removing about half of Arris sales to Antec, the incremental revenues from Arris may only be about $250M. Yields about a .7 PSR.

Although the sales should be at a significantly higher gross margin.

According to Antec Press release:
"Arris had revenue of $329 million last year and $254 million in the first half of this year - about half on sales to Antec."
