While I agree with you and appreciate highly your analyses of WIND, your statement about the slowdown in the economy being entirely caused by missteps of Central Bankers leaves me flat. The continuing bear market in gold testifies that inflation is not the issue. The slowdown in the telecommunications sector appears to be internal: too much investment in buying and building infrastructure or gadgets or companies beyond that which can be sold for a profit at this time. I think the recent extreme auction prices for 3G may be a turning point. Investment will need to slow down for a while so that new products can be digested.

Recessions are not generally caused by Central Bankers who mostly react to market forces on their economies and currencies, but by inbalances in supply and distribution of capital. I think there is something deeper going on here.
