Do you remember the old economy term Price Earnings Ratio (PE)? Guess what? Its coming back in favor again. Meaning the lower the better. Btw Keep your eyes on Military spending. Boeing, Lockheed,Raytheon,Northrop,General Dynamics, to name a few are up nicely this year.
