I have owned and followed NCCI for about 12 months, initially
attracted by the country music themed restaurant(s). The company
now calls itself an entertainment company. The development at
Breckenridge CO (Village of Breckenridge)is an ambitious project
at a good location with good future prospects, especially with
Vail Resorts involved in the ski area. Jock Weaver appears to
be a high energy CEO and has the ability to excite the investing
community. My view of NCCI is long-term (perhaps the year 2000 or
so) before solid results for investors. I would be interested
in other investors view of this company in light of the Nashville
operations, Breckenridge complex and now Avalon. How do these
parts, as well as any future developments integrate?

My wife and I visited Breckenridge last fall and will likely be
there again this late summer. Hopefully, progress will be made
in the development by East-West.
