What does that have to do with ATHM? Answer: Nothing.

I hope you are kidding.

On the chance you aren't...never mind. If you don't know what effect extra debt has on a company, then its pointless to explain it to you. Especially debt that is not Capex related and thus cannot contribute to ROE or ROA.
