Windows ME is rock solid on my machine.

I have a clone machine with lots of peripherals and an overclocked cpu (Celeron 533 running at 850 MHz). Since upgrading to ME 3 weeks ago the machine has never crashed. The only hassle with the upgrade was finding a new driver for my HP CD burner (I had to go to the Adaptec web site to find the compatible driver).

There is not a lot of increased functionality that I care about - the media player is nice - but I love the stability.

I would like to know what is your basis for calling it a piece of garbage.
