And the dump continues. You would think these guys would throw a measley buy in there somewhere. I remember a few years back when ADOT said they would implement a share "buy-back" and when the quarterly came out, sure enough they bought back a couple of hundred thousand shares. In the same quarter they sold millions and millions of shares.
