i agree that we are very cheap relative to the other players... i also agree that we might have missed out on perhaps 1 of the acquisitions... here is the timetable that we could have seen had noam listened to some of those advising him at the time... (by the way the delay we heard about in february was brought on by the pending acquisitions).. LMNE ipo in early june(without having made the acquisitions, lmne would have been ready to go in april, but market conditions would have likely postponed it until june)... lmne could have then used it's very overvalued currency to then make the acquisitions...if foci or one of the others was gone, then lmne could have afforded to use its currency to buy other component suppliers... believe me when i tell you that this would have been the preferred choice of most of the bankers in on this deal...
