Actually, the $300 mil represents a 4% miss which could translate into 2 days for NT. If the market is 90% perception, such a move might have abrogated today's sector crash. I don't know the legalities of such accounting, but wonder if it would have been a greater good if Q4 was already guaranteed (as management is guiding).
