MIPS closed at 32 7/16, trades at a 77% Premium PE Multiple of 46.3 X, vs. the 26.1 X average multiple at which the Semiconductors SubIndustry is priced. That at least is tolerable. Cash Flow Margins : 33.0% ROA (Return on Assets) : 24.8% (more than RMBS) ROE (Return on Equity) : 29.4% (more than RMBS) P/E 46.. we can live with that. According to the multiple and valuation of the semiconductor sector the real value of MIPS is $27.88. We can live with that also.
