Heinz..outstanding points. One of my favorite targets now is good old, All-American KO. PE in the 80's, growth in the single digits, vulnerable to the weak Euro...(as are many of the stocks considered "defensive"). Poots carry VERY low primos, and make sense from about 3 months out...

EDIT: I would not forget the drug stocks either, as MRK hit a 52 wk high and all the above conditions apply to it AND algore futures have been rising this week!<G>
