Only a nutcase would ask of themselves and their mate that they engage in sex for the "purpose of procreation" but not for the simple, straightforward and natural purpose of achieving sexual bliss together. It is a sick, controlling, benighted idea. It's like something out of the Dark Ages. "Allow for the possibility of conception"? Rhythm is to trick God by eliminating the possibility, then? If Rhythm is more reliable at preventing conception than other methods, isn't it allowing LESS for the possibility of conception? More obscenity, in my view. Thermometers. Charts. Mucous. And then if you lapse, or Rhythm fails, no RU486 to keep the fertilized egg from attaching to the uterine wall. Bizarre and scary and sad, to me.
