Howie, you info is correct except to mention that ASET (the fab physically within SELETE's fab) already has two 193nm steppers (a Nikon and an ISI stepper) up, running and fully qualified for at least the past 4-6 months, maybe longer. They both have Cymer lasers. ASET also has a 193nm flood exposure laser tool, but I don't know who made that laser for them.
