Coach..lets assume the worst. LMNE offers only 12 million shares at $13 then the total MKT cap is Roughly 2B, (156M shrs * 13) . So, MRVC controls 1.8 at the least! Current MRVC cap is 2.5B assuming 72M shares * 36. So MRVC is worth 0.8B after LMNE. I don't think so. We have all done the calculations. I think the street as well as every one else is looking for execution. After we get that, coverage will follow. Even in a moderately valued sector, MRVC is STILL undervalued. IT would have been better to IPO earlier as this would've boosted the cap of MRVC and thus the share price, but this only benefits the traders. I say that because of the current state of the market. LMNR would've suffered a similar 25% haircut today so on distribution day I don't know how much better the buy and holders would be. just my opinion jb
