Richnorth,

FGX and BAY have always been better than PFG. Simply, they had (and still have) a lot of value to support their market cap.

I think we are bottoming and am looking for gold at $325-$350 in the coming rally.

FGX will be taken over I believe at more than 2X current price, if not more. They already have defined 500,000 ounces of very low cost gold at Marlin... the next round of drilling will tell us how large this zone will grow.

BAY might have to go alone on its silver play as there are few silver companies with enough cash or strenght to buy it.
On the other hand, a mid-tear gold producer might be interested in that high IRR (50-60%) project even if silver. It is hard to tunr down such a profitable project. Will see. Either way, BAY is a great bargain here.
