CORRECTION

My previous post incorrectly states that the numbers in the table are deaths per million miles. The correct statement is deaths per million vehicles. To the extent that all types of vehicles are driven the same number of miles per year, my point is unchanged. It may be that larger vehicles are driven fewer miles, or different types of trips. I don't know but I apologize for the unintentional mistake.
