In order to have an IPO in Q1 2001, they would have to announce their intent to file by when? And file their initial S1 by when? Figuring backwards (roughly, using the last possible Q1 date) IPO - 3/30/2001 Roadshow - 3/15/2001 Red Herring - 3/1/2001 ? Submission of initial S1 - 12/1/2000 ? Announcement of intent to file - Anytime now Hmmmm
