Bobby,

Before I depart and retire from here for a while, I have a few comments and questions.

How will AVNX miss or disappoint, when they will not be reporting earnings for another 3 months? That seems to be your new basis for their impending crash. Besides, NT, the flash point of today's bad day, stated that growth forecasts were too low, and none of the component manufacturers, which subset of optical companies Avanex is part of in case you did not know that, have reported anything but stellar earnings. On top of that, Avanex has reported plans to quintuple their facilities' square footage supporting R&D and manufacturing. Those facts would tend to make an educated, intelligent person to believe that they will not be missing anytime soon.

Why will the Nasdaq have a "pre-election" run-up? Would that not be under away right now? Is it just blathering, or are you privy to some inside information that none of us mortal folk are?

Why will the Nasdaq have a correction and go below 3000 after the election? Again, are you connected to some outer cosmos that nobody else on the planet is? How can you put timeframes and numbers so specific into things when nobody else can?

If you are just blind guessing, and have some deep seated need to type on message boards, fine. But if you have anything that would substantiate these things, you might actually get taken seriously.

Your record on RFMD, as recorded in your previous postings, certainly does NOT reflect that you called the top, bottom, or anything else. From what I read, you sold some shares at mid-January. But I guess being a teacher, and being in the teacher's union, Gore must be rubbing off on you? Being a teacher, you should know better than to make unsubstantiated arguments. No wonder bears think technology investors are mindless sheep--your postings, at least the recent ones here, lend credence to that end.

Just give it a rest unless you have something substantive to say, or at least refute the points with which I blasted Ms. Lazlo a few days ago with something, even if you have to copy someone. It's really pretty easy--just refrain from posting until something, good or bad actually happens, or backup your Kreskin-like abilities with facts.

To everyone else, I'll be back when something actually happens, which should be after New Year's. The only other bump I can forsee is a possible secondary, but they do have over $200M in cash, so who knows.
