Has anyone thought of this scenario. Intel buying Rambus? If Rambus poses legal problems for Intel in its introduction of P4 systems with DDR, I would think that this is a good possibility. Rambus is heavily dependent on Intel and contractually vice versa. Seems like 7 billion would be chump change for Intel to chart its own course.
