I have a question for you JC. How come MSFT is always getting in fights with other organizations? To date, to my knowledge, they are being sued and investigated by the DOJ=monopoly abuse, FTC=fraudulent advertising, states=abuse of monopoly, SUNW=missuse of JAVA trademark. There might be others that I am not aware of. I have worked for a publicly traded company and we never caused or were involved in so many litigeous sitations. Is there a pattern here? I detect one but am looking for some confirmation from an unbiased source. So what are your thoughts?

Bob.
