Just listening to the Lexar CC- says the re-designed CF cards are being manufactured now but further tests need to be done.... says that data is stored in different locations in the CF card... It is my opinion that these cards WILL STILL VIOLATE THE PATENT From reading the Patent in question, in my opinion, it is unlikely that ANY modifications can work-around the Patent if the product in question uses Flash technology and has a built-in controller.
