They can perhaps be faulted for their unbounded optimism but not for their promotional abilities. Setting the terms of a new option will of necessity require more prudence as they are only left with $4 million in cash. Realistically they will no doubt have more difficulty promoting a new property but they remain a very high profile group.

Are they overvalued at 40cents?..perhaps, however I am confident that with the return of the Diablillos and the acquisition of a new property we'll have another good run of the stock.
