Got to respect those cash levels!! There is certainly a lot of fear out there! The MomentuMonkey Indicator is NEUTRAL. Holy short squeeze on the U.S. Dollar Index! Why are stocks and bonds and t-bills down when the dollar rallies big?? Perhaps this is the top for the U.S. Dollar and foreign pros are selling their U.S. assets?
