Hehe, sounds like some clowns will be forced to sell into the rally:

thestreet.com

"...One of my go-to margin guys weighed in today with an important insight into the carnage. As he put it, "Yes, unfortunately, here we go again. I will be here late into the night looking at all margin accounts that hold Glassworks [Corning], Nortel, JDSU, etc. etc. I'm sure that I am not alone. Other managers around the country will be doing the same ... could get ugly at the open ... if accounts are in trouble they will be forced to sell ASAP with no mercy, none of that 'I'll-bring-in-a-check-tomorrow' talk."

That's part of the aggressive selling that we saw today, selling that was reminiscent of the April massacre. These optical stocks are up huge and they have more to fall now that the bubble has burst. I am sure that the margin clerks will create some bargains, if not some outright trades, but I still don't want to be there because the supply/demand situation is tenuous at best.

We just came in to oversupply. That's not the time to bottom fish..."
