J.T. ....yesterday's WSJ

reported a new high of 7.1% in short interest. The Rydex data for Wednesday shows 276M in the short fund. Now the latter number isn't all that high for the URSA, right? (So the correlation to the overall short interest is not immediately apparent, at least in this view). I'm wondering how the short interest is distributed ..... mostly commercials?
