Hi all,

I spoke with Trudy at CFCC..Ariel was not in. Asked her about the recent resignation of Finkelstein.
She said that Finkelstein felt that he had done as much as he could with growing the company and it was time to step down and let Ariel run the company. Finkelstein will continue working with the company but in a lessor role.
I think she said that earnings will be release in mid Nov.
She did say that earnings would be positive but did not elaborate.
I believe that they had to nudge Finkelstein to step down. Why else would they have to buy Finkelstein's stock. It must have been fairly amicable because Finkelstein in still with the company. What concerns me is that Finkelstein did unload all his stock. Why, if the company is doing well. My feelings are that the company may show a profit but it will not be huge as we all wish it to be.
With Ariel in control of the company hopefully he will be successful in growing the company and keeping costs down.
If CFCC can continue to show a profit the large reduction in
outstanding shares should drive the stock price up.
