In the last 1 year this is our third visit to the 20's. None of the Aware insiders have bought a single share of the company in the past 2 years. WHY ? They never fail to exercise their options every quarter. I understand that it is part of their compensation so I wont complain about that. But doesnt anyone in the management team consider this only pure DSL play to be undervalued. We need some leadership from them and they need to put their money where their mouth is. Even a block of 50K shares would be small change for the CEO. So why no buys ? There are numerous examples of other CEOs doing this. Earlier this month the CMGI CEO stepped up to the plate and publicly announced to buy 250K shares of CMGI in the open market. Doesnt matter whether it helps the stock price or not, at least the shareholders can take confidence in the company's outlook by insiders actions. Besides if they believe in the company's future they will only gain from this investment.
