Don, One thing sticks out, the October 98 data showed the turnaround. That data became available sometime in November. The stocks turned around on October 8th. The 6 weeks before the data came out, is opportunity lost. We are now at the end of October and it looks like we try to find a bottom. If it doesn't find a bottom then it means the data will not likely signal a turn. What I'm saying, "those in the know" were there on Oct 8th because they knew the turn was there. I would think if it it was going to turn, we would see "those in the know" buying and forcing a bottom as well as moving things up rapidly.
