Hi Andy, I am really not qualified in any sense of the word to answer your question other than to say that in the Fee Table of the prospectus, a maximum sales load (as a percentage of offering price) of 6% is shown. On another page, they show the same thing except it shows it per share. The example they use for the price to the public is $15.00, sales load $0.90, proceeds to fund $14.10. Other than this info, I am not much help. EDWIN K.
