From what I have gathered thus far this is going exactly to managements plan.

1.) Retain the services of a strong IB to help structure secondary/Strategic Alliance.

2.) CCreek signs a waiver that they would not be the exclusive participant in a secondary financing deal, but rather take part in overall offering.

3.) The stock would be positioned via buying in the open market to establish offering price based on 10 days average closing price. (just like last Dec. private placement with CC.)

4.) Make a series of announcement which will help fuel positioning.

5.) Announce Secondary/Strategic Alliance and all of it's participants. Participants will include large companies as well as some institutions that were brought in by IB.

6.) Hold conference call and announce earning and forecasts for Q4 profitability.

7.) Stock maintains a strong base higher than currently assisted by support from new investors.

8.) Based on large cash reserves and profitabilty projections analyst initiate coverage and buy ratings further bouying stock price.

My take is that this deal is done and we are waiting for the stock price to finish being set. The escallation in stock price could have been either Castle covering some shorts or the perennial bus that ran over them. Which I'm not sure. However they could have covered 22-300k fueling this move. Based on the short postions increase month in and month out the would have made money on the vast majority.

Based on the fact that we haven't retraced when the market got hammered yesterday adds impetus to the above. However, we will have to wait and see. None the less the jump in price was more than serendipitous. We had already had a series of announcements and the stock barely moved. If you recall I said I expected volume to arrive out of nowhere and that is pretty much what happened. Unless of course the promotion of Mark MacMillian to COO was what fueled this.

I like the fact that we closed the gap at 9 though there are two below that I don't think that we will ever close those while any of us hold the stock. That being said that is not to say that all of the above is wrong and that being the case we would close those gaps. However I highly doubt that.
