Actually, mutual fund tax loss selling is over at the close of trading today in the States if you take into account the 3 day settlement date. As for individual tax loss selling, who is invested in these gold stocks now except for hard core gold bugs and value players? I think there is the potential for tremendous upside in regard to some of these gold stocks in 2001. Don't Bull Markets begin when all hope is lost that you'll ever see one again in your lifetime? The seeming invincibility of the US dollar is another one of those lies that will be taken to task.
