Looks like a repeat of the downgrade you noted on Sept 28 today. But how is FNSR related to telecom spending? Aren't most of their customers in LAN storage devices? Their telecom product is very new and very small percentage of revenues. Could be a buying opportunity as FNSR is painted with the brush of fiber optic telecom company slowdown.
