here you have underestimated noam... optical access will happen...that is why bear stearns was chosen...this is a huge deal to bear stearns and they WILL make it happen... on this you can rely...i was initially opposed to this choice but i failed to understand the strategy... lmne and opxs will happen...as will zaffire... not so sure any more about the valuations...but the ipos will happen...
