I am glad at least one person remembers one of the few of my calls that were right on! -g- It is not that far back, as you suggested in your post. Back in Aug-September 1998, my slogan was something like, "Xerox puts - don't spend a night without them!" Do you remember that?

Anyhow, in those days I used to spend a lot of time trying dig through news items, financials and bulletin boards for info on stocks. I don't do that any more as I have had a disastrous 15 month spell as a bear. Not that I have completely given-up, but I don't feel like screwing up my down payment money in the market! -ng-

That said, I think picking some Xerox at this levels is not a bad idea. There is a better than 50% chance that they will actually file for Chapter 11. IMO. That will be the time to take a full position.

I am currently in to puts on CPN, WAT, CMVT, and SEBL. The first three are picks by Paul Berliner as potential blow-up candidates. As you already know, he has a good track record.
