SAN DIEGO, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- LevelRed, Inc., (www.levelred.com) an
international new-media aggregate and portfolio company of Zandria Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: ZAND) has announced its commission to produce the Vault,
A Halloween Extravaganza, and the grand opening of On Broadway, San Diego's
newest and most elaborate nightclub.
"Not only will this event earn substantial revenues in several of
LevelRed's business units, but it will also continue to expand the LevelRed
brand," stated Jim Clayton, Vice President of Marketing of LevelRed. "We
intend to make revenue-earning LevelRed events such as this one a building
block in the LevelRed empire."
After completing its multi-million dollar renovation that converted a bank
building into a three-level nightclub, restaurant, and entertainment complex,
On Broadway Event Center LLC, tapped LevelRed Presents, the live event
production unit of LevelRed, to design a marketing strategy incorporating
grassroots, on-line, television and print campaigns to produce and promote its
grand opening.
"This is exactly the kind of event that our LevelRed Presents business
unit is built on," said Jason Kouchacji, Director of Marketing of LevelRed
Presents. "We anticipate earning revenues from our consulting services,
sponsorships, and ticket sales while building a loyal following, both on-line

LevelRed.com, the on-line business unit of LevelRed will be webcasting a
fully sponsored netcast and generating interview and music content for the
portal. LevelRed Productions, the television unit of LevelRed, will be
capturing content for inclusion in several of its television shows. LevelRed
Espanol, the Hispanic division of LevelRed, will be producing segments for its
television shows to be shown in the international market. LevelRed Espanol is
also in final negotiations with its own sponsor to underwrite all the
international broadcasts.
LevelRed Presents has contracted to bring in eight top-tier international
DJ's including Thomas Michael and Mike Orozco. LevelRed anticipates a crowd
of more than 3,000 people to attend the event and more that a half a million
to be reached by the marketing campaign.
