There was an article in thestreet.com comparing JDSU to Komag (component supplier to disk drive) and how component makers are the last to know about slowdown in cap spending. I would be careful about JDSU here. WCOM, AT&T , Williams all have said they are cutting down on spending as access to cheap capital through junk bond financing is over. Thanks Anindo
