Glenn, is there anything new concerning the reasons for the FTC request for additional information? Paul, I do not believe there is anything new for the reason of the FTC requesting additional information. My best guess is that the FTC was not clear on the status of ASND/CSCC in the networking business. I am not certain how common this request may be but suspect it is reasonably common. I feel confident the aquisition/merger will go through as planned. Glenn
