And that paperwork was accompanied with proposals and discussions to license Rambus's IP - which was characterized as applying to RDRAM and not to SDRAM or DDR. And such representations are both admissible and binding.

You have got to be kidding, right? Cause you are saying that the MMs have nothing but idiot clueless engineers and they can't read. And FYI, IP does not have boundaries.

IMO, Rambus has the IP and anyone who infringes on that IP will pay. SDRAM and DDR infringe on that IP. It is as simple as that.
