Hi eBill - from the CC, it appears that NT is moving to strengthen its MIS. There is always rooms for improvement. While CSCO and NT are somewhat of a competitor to each other, different people have different style. Sure, learning is a life long task --- so long as they don't learn to cook the book like you ve suggested :) --- I am sure that NT may even take a page from CSCO. That said, I am not sure it is best to force a square peg in a round hole. Time will tell if NT is learning her lesson real soon. In the time mean, like Mr Parmelee from CSFB has suggested, when the mkt presents people a buying oppty, take it while it lasts. Is there any guarantee? Of course not. To those disbelievers, sell or short NT if they want. To those believers, I don't see a minor infraction of failing to account for the finicky analyst's expectations is a reason to shout "treason!" :)

Just a thought

best, Bosco
