Nothing new on SDLI merger, no questions allowed. Havent started Q/A. Going into Guidance for next Qtr.

1. seq growth in high teens
2. Sales growth up 2001 110-120%. margin unchanged.
3. tax rate 34%
4. cap ex 750 for yr
5. EPS 2-3 cents higher for qtr. eps up to 80 cents for year
6. cant keep up
7. capicity challanges
