Robert, this really is a quite board if you think of the importance of a company like SAP. It still is the market leader in its niche and it will profit from the upcoming year 2000 problem and the new common currency Euro as well. The insider trading scandal does not effect the fundamental situation of the company and just yesterday the attorny general of Frankfurt said that there were no indications of a major insider scandal. All they found was one secondary insider. You will get a chart at bank24.de These brokers bank24.de and consors.de will let you trade German shares on the net. Unfortunately their homepages are only available in German so far. BTW, after the scandal the CEO said that a NASDAQ listing would be postponed. Holger
