It appears you certainly did, but you miss the point. Your post was captioned, "STATEMENT OF...," and appears to the reader to be the entire statement, not an excerpt. There is no indication otherwise, such as the use of the words, "Excerpts from," "More at...," or even "...." Further, I thought you put the link at the bottom of the page only to attribute the source. In fact, I only clicked on it because I happened to be curious as to what was linked to the statement. I was surprised to find that it was the rest of the statement.
