DENVER, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- InfoNow Corporation (Nasdaq: INOW, news, msgs), a leading provider of Enterprise Channel Management (ECM) solutions, today announced record results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2000. Revenues increased 29 percent to $2,001,000, compared to $1,553,000 in the third quarter of 1999. Third quarter revenues were the highest in the company's history. InfoNow reported a net loss from operations of $1,361,000 or 17 cents per share, compared to net income of $75,000, or 1 cent per share, for the third quarter of 1999. The increase in operating losses reflects planned increases in marketing, product development and operating infrastructure. As compared with results for the second quarter of 2000, revenues increased 10 percent and the company's net loss decreased 12 percent during the third quarter of 2000.
