Susie924, AIG met 3Q estimate... but it didn't beat the estimate. One good reason for a sell off. Besides, if you look at the chart, AIG's pre-earnings run had started 5 trading days ago... the drop = sell on "news" JMHO. Hope this helps to explain the drop... Bernard
