Well you bot NT and that will recover...I'm underwater (!) on my NT shares but holding tight.

Here's a thot. in addition to whatever trading you actually do why don't you trade a paper portfolio? And notice how, without the anxiety and emotions attendant on it, do you make better decisions? Watch what you do in your paper portfolio and then try to learn from that to transfer that behavior to your actual portfolio.
