Straw Poll Man: You can't legally call someone a murderer, rapist, perjurer, etc. unless they have been convicted of that crime in a court of law. To do so is potentially libelous. People on this thread who call Clinton a rapist or Bush a rapist are in the same boat. No difference. Neither man has been convicted of that crime in a court of law. However, you can call someone an idiot, dunce, dolt or loser, etc. That qualifies as "free speech." Calling Clinton or Bush "a rapist" does not. Re: "You're usually sharper than that" No, I am at the absolute zenith of my powers at this very moment in time. All the neurons in my brain are on "fast forward."
