I saw the interview from Money Line with JDSU CEO and he was asked who else would buy his equipments if Nortel and Lucent are having a slowdown. He said other customers. May be he doesn't know that CLEC's are getting squeezed out by the carriers and they are cutting back on capital spending. So who else will buy? I'll let him answer that next quarter. JDSU and CIEN will get the chinese torture treatment just like everyone else.
