Brian- do you think they will readjust their target after VSEA answers these pending questions: INTERROGATORY NO. 93: Please list each and every person, in chronological order, that has had, and now has, possession of each of the video tapes that plaintiffs took of Michelangelo Delfino from a camera located within Susan Felch's office at Varian. INTERROGATORY NO. 94: Did any of the video tapes that plaintiffs took from the camera located within Susan Felch's office show the entrance to a men's restroom at Varian. INTERROGATORY NO. 95: Did any of the video tapes that plaintiffs took from the camera located within Susan Felch's office show inside the front entrance to a men's restroom at Varian. INTERROGATORY NO. 96: Did any of the video tapes that plaintiffs took from the camera located within Susan Felch's office show persons entering or leaving the men's restroom at Varian. INTERROGATORY NO. 97: Did any of the video tapes that plaintiffs took from the camera located within Susan Felch's office show any person going to the bathroom at Varian.
